About the submissions
Please follow these instructions with your submissions:
Step 1: Submit an extended abstract or a poster
Language: English only.
In case of an extended abstract:
- Acceptable format: PDF compiled from LaTeX using this LaTeX stylescheme;
- Min. 2, max. 3 pages, including references.
In case of a poster:
- The requested poster size is A0;
- ICAI does not provide a stylescheme for posters.

Deadline: January 15
Step 2: Register
Authors whose abstracts/posters are accepted for presentation should register on the registration page.
Deadline: February 20
Step 3: Give your talk or present your poster
The conference will be held on -.
Language: English only.
In case of a talk:
- Length: 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
In case of a poster:
- Bring your poster with you and present it in the poster session on .
Step 4: Submit a full paper (optional)
Authors should upload their full papers (min. 5, max. 10 12 pages + references, in English only) to the above-mentioned CMT site.
Note that you should upload your paper to the original submission with the abstract you uploaded before.

Deadline: March 31
Step 5: Submit a camera-ready paper (optional)
Authors whose papers are accepted through the peer review process should upload their camera-ready papers to the above-mentioned CMT site.
Note that you should upload your paper to the original submission with the paper you uploaded before.
Deadline: June 15
Camera-ready papers will be published in an electronic proceedings with a URN identifier on CEUR-WS, which is typically indexed by Scopus, Google Scholar, etc.
