Step 1: Submit an abstract/poster

We also welcome contributions to our poster session on the second day of the conference.
Deadline for abstracts/posters: December 1
Step 2: Register
Authors whose abstracts/posters are accepted for presentation should register on this site's registration page.
Deadline for registration: January 6
Step 3: Submit a full paper (optional)
Authors should upload their full papers (min. 5, max. 10 pages + references, in English only) to the above-mentioned EasyChair site.
Note that you should upload your paper as an updated version for the abstract you uploaded before.
The following formats are accepted only: PDF compiled from LaTeX using this LaTeX stylescheme.
Deadline for full papers: January 28
Step 4: Give a talk
Maximum length: 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions.

Step 5: Submit a camera-ready paper (optional)
Authors whose papers are accepted through the peer review process should upload their camera-ready papers to the above-mentioned EasyChair site.
Note that you should upload your paper as an updated version for the paper you uploaded before.
Deadline for camera-ready papers: April 15
Camera-ready papers will be published in the electronic Proceedings of the Conference.
There will be an electronic conference proceedings with a URN identifier, selected papers can be submitted to a special issue of Annales Mathematicae et Informaticae.
